Excellent telephone service, perfect delivery. The pizzas are good but a bit too salty, and the quality has definitely dropped compared to two years ago; it's true that the ingredients are of lower quality.

Simply unacceptable and shameful. To sum up: 30-minute delay, impossible to reach Pizza Cosy, and the wrong pizza we received, with meat (even though the order was entirely vegetarian). We ordered two pizzas online at 8:40 PM, with delivery scheduled between 9:00 PM and 9:15 PM. Around 9:15 PM, we decided to wait outside and saw a delivery driver delivering pizzas from this restaurant to other customers. We asked her if she had our pizzas, and she replied that she didn't, that she was handling online orders, even though ours was one of them. She told us that the pizzas must not have been ready when she left, and so she went back to the restaurant. Meanwhile, I tried calling Pizza Cosy, but couldn't get through: at 9:30 PM, I got their answering machine, which said the restaurant was closed. Around 9:45 PM, the delivery driver returned and told us that, as an apology, the restaurant was offering us a pizza with ham... Except we're vegetarians, and neither of the two pizzas we ordered contained any meat. We were already fed up with this "compensation," which we refused because we couldn't eat it. But the worst part: I opened my pizza... and I saw it was the wrong one. I ordered the "Fromidable," and I received a "Passion Terroir" WITH meat. Mistakes can be forgiven, but this is just shameful. Of course, it was impossible to contact Pizza Cosy directly; the delivery driver had left (and it wasn't her fault). You can clearly see in the photos that my pizza has NOTHING to do with the one I ordered, and after waiting, I haven't been able to eat what I ordered or receive the compensation. I therefore demand a refund for this unacceptable and inexplicable order.

They need to rethink their Mexican pizza recipe, it's just not acceptable. I've never eaten anything so bland that's supposed to be Mexican. Those famous Mexican spices: smoked paprika... Bland guacamole that tastes like cardboard. Make an effort, taste your ingredients. If you'd told me Hungarian pizza with paprika, I would have said why not. I don't know, give me cumin, jalapenos, chipotle...

What is this Caesar salad? It's not marinated chicken, it's shredded chicken you need to find. It's not a halved egg on top, but a crumbled one mixed in. Nothing about it is right!

As usual, very good, even though it had been a while since there was no delivery service. I simply ordered a bacon pizza without parsley and garlic, as clearly stated on the box, but unfortunately, I received parsley and garlic on it. A little disappointed, but oh well... The other pizzas were very good.
