I've been here several times (sandwiches, salads, etc.) for takeaway lunches. Always a warm welcome and helpful advice. €10-12 for a small meal with dessert and a drink. No complaints. I'd gladly go back.

Nice bakery and pastry shop, large parking lot, selection a little limited as noon approaches on Sundays, good welcome.

Good, but relatively expensive for what it is.

Very disappointed with the package. We paid a lot of money for what it is... We will not be ordering from them again.

A disaster from start to finish: avoid at all costs! Another deplorable experience at this Ange Bakery. I arrived at 8:45 a.m., and the display case was already half empty. I ordered a breakfast set with a slice of bread. When it came time to pay, the cashier insisted I get apple juice. Not liking it, I asked for the orange juice included in the set. She curtly replied that they were out. I offered a can of soda instead (which was cheaper), but she flatly and immediately refused. When I pointed out that there was no sign indicating they were out of stock, miraculously, she went to get some from the cold room and "found" a pack. Complete bad faith. And that's not all: I asked for a *small* latte. She poured me a large glass and then told me at the register: *"You have to pay for the next set menu up."* This is pure and simple forced selling! They do everything they can to inflate the bill, showing complete disregard for the customer. I asked for a detailed review, but they gave me one without details! Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience here. I previously bought a yogurt that turned out to be completely frozen. I contacted customer service through their website and am still waiting for a reply. The staff's lack of professionalism and friendliness leaves much to be desired. Next time, I'll go directly to the competition ("Marie Blachère"), which is just a stone's throw away and actually knows how to treat its customers. Avoid this place!

The products are good, it's a shame the service is so terrible. Not a single smiling saleswoman or even a hello… and sorry, but it's so slow. We waited 10 minutes for two coffees and two toasts. There were two of us, and they took and prepared our orders one at a time, even though the drinks and toast could have been made at the same time. Tip: A smile and showing interest in the customer are important for building loyalty.
