Brasserie Geoffroy Guichard

I ordered octopus that was overcooked, with one side almost burnt. The seasoning was okay, but the whole thing was lukewarm. It's true that ordering octopus in Saint-Étienne isn't the best place 😉 It was my first time eating there, and probably my last.

Great atmosphere and surroundings. Brasserie-style cuisine. Service was a bit slow, though.

A must-visit! The brasserie is very clean, the setting magnificent, perfectly decorated, and the restrooms are spotless – a real plus, as not all establishments are. The view of the stadium is breathtaking. Efficient service, very friendly staff, and good cooks. Excellent value for money; the portions are very generous. We hadn't booked, but it's best to do so. A very good rating for this brasserie.

Very nice place. View of the stadium (entrance fee required) 😒 pitch under renovation. The aperitif arrived at the same time as the starters 🤭 Not all the servers were smiling 😃 But we still had a good time 😁

We came for dinner on July 4, 2026. I highly recommend this brasserie; the dishes are of the culinary quality of a fine restaurant. We would like to thank all the staff, and Mathéo in particular, for their kindness and professionalism. We brought our small dog, who was very well received. Thank you again to everyone.

A magical experience in the heart of the Geoffroy Guichard stadium! We had lunch at Brasserie Geoffroy Guichard on May 8th at noon, just before the last match of the regular season, and it was a complete success from start to finish. The atmosphere and setting: The atmosphere was simply fantastic, punctuated by birthday celebrations to the tune of the famous song "Allez les Verts" (Go Greens). The bar's decor is a true marvel of nostalgia, beautifully referencing the Saint-Étienne stadium of the 80s. Having known the stadium like that when I was little, it brought back wonderful memories! The food and service: The dishes were excellent. The service was absolutely perfect: despite the crowds and excitement of a big match day, the staff remained smiling and very attentive. Value for money: All this for a very reasonable price considering the quality and the location. This is a must-visit for any ASSE fan and lover of good food. One thing is for sure, we'll be back with great pleasure!

Nice place. The welcome was pleasant and friendly. Personally, I didn't like the calf's head I ordered. It didn't taste the usual way. It was prepared differently.
