I've come three times to pick up my packages. I work nearby, so it's quite convenient. Today, I saw on the door that the bakery closes at 2:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM (the times indicated when choosing the pickup point). I was in front of the bakery at 1:48 PM; the door and shutters were closed. The opening hours are already frankly inconvenient for a bakery, but this is ridiculous. A 1 hour drive only to find the establishment closed on site, in short, do not have your packages delivered there.

The bread, pastries, and cakes are inedible... and I'm not exaggerating! They're dry, often hard, and stifling... the premises are dirty. On the other hand, I've never had any problems with my packages; I used to drop them off and pick them up frequently before they changed their hours.

Be careful not to use this as a collection point. It's never open during the stated hours, and is actually closed almost all the time at the moment! Parcels are sent back even after you make 10 trips to pick them up!

The bread isn't very good. Furthermore, I strongly advise against using them for package pickup. They have opening hours online, but they open whenever they feel like it. Last week, I couldn't collect my package because I went three times, and each time the bakery was closed "exceptionally." As a result, my package was returned. When I went back on Monday morning, hoping my package hadn't been sent, the person had the nerve to tell me, "But we were open until 1 p.m." Yes, but the problem is that if I choose a pickup point that's normally open until 8 p.m., it's because I plan to come in the evening, not at 1 p.m.! I've had deliveries made there several times, and each time there's been a problem. I'll never go back.

Poor quality bread, very heavy crumb... In addition, the premises are very poorly maintained.

The shop is a bit old-fashioned and not very clean. The staff were very welcoming.

Isabelle, a fantastic saleswoman. My story? I came to pick up a Mondial Relay package... I couldn't retrieve it using the Mondial Relay app (I won't bore you with the details, it was surreal). Well, Isabelle took the time to call them... twice! (because the first time the person on the phone didn't understand anything) to explain and help me... and I finally got my package. Such a level of help and kindness is rare... and all with a smile. Honestly, she's employee of the month in my opinion. THANK YOU for your help, Isabelle.

Don't offer parcel collection points if you can't guarantee it. Also, you could update your summer hours on the website. Shameful, I won't be using your services...
