Huge disappointment. We came for "Kids' Day," and the offerings didn't match the poster. Furthermore, all the pastries and viennoiseries were in direct sunlight. The cookies were dry, the donuts hot and dripping... It's clearly not good, given the risk of spoiled food. The display cases aren't refrigerated, which increases the risk of food contamination due to the heat. The bread would be better placed over there instead of the pastries. The staff also lacks professionalism. The waitress callously abandoned us to answer the phone (her own?): is that normal? Customers should come before the phone; that's basic customer service. She clearly doesn't belong with the customers. We stayed at a table to have our afternoon snack, and we saw her several times on the phone (a smartphone!!). Is she even working? Heureusement la seconde serveuse assurait à sa place. Ne vous trompez pas, c'est la serveuse avec cheveux lisses, très maquillée, type européenne qui n'a pas sa place derrière le comptoir. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement quoiqu'il en soit au vu du risque de contamination à cause de la chaleur.

The saleswomen were very competent and the product quality is excellent, I highly recommend them.

The staff are really very friendly. There's a wide selection of products and affordable prices. I recommend it.

The bread was excellent, and the croissants and pain au chocolat were also warm – a real treat!

All the products are delicious and of very good quality. I regularly buy bread and pastries there. Unsold items from the previous day are offered at half price. The buy 3 get 1 free offer is a real bonus.

I come every day at lunchtime. I thank the saleswomen for their warm welcome. The store is clean and well-organized; I always find what I want. I will come back every lunchtime.

This morning, I went to buy a Marie Doré cake, and they were all almost white. I pointed out to the saleswoman that they weren't supposed to be golden, and she told me that wasn't her responsibility! Well, it was, because she was the one serving me! She seemed offended when I told her that they needed to review the baking protocol for all three categories of Marie cakes (this isn't the first time this has happened!). I would appreciate it if the manager, along with their production team and the sales staff, could review all the standards for a Marie store, because frankly, this is really disappointing.

For takeout, avoid putting a lemon meringue pie in a pain au chocolat package; it stuck to the packaging. It's a ham, butter, and Emmental sandwich with no sauce—truly disgusting.

I arrived around 6 pm. The bakery was very noisy, and the staff were putting everything away; there wasn't much left, which is normal at the end of the day. I bought two cookies and a donut for €6.80. My children devoured it all in a few moments. Easily accessible with parking and spaces that change frequently. I recommend it.

We were received by Nina and Faiza, who are excellent saleswomen and who helped us load our rather large order (for a student association), thank you to them.

After lunchtime, it was very poorly organized... Different queues, the cashier was lost, nothing went right during lunch...
