As a loyal customer since you opened, I was truly disappointed by my last visit. I usually order a mixed salad. This time, I simply asked to add two or three extra slices of tomato, and I was told I would have to pay an additional 50 cents. I completely understand that there's a cost for certain extras, like the feta cheese I regularly order without any problem. But charging extra for a few slices of raw vegetables seems excessive, especially for a loyal customer since you first opened. It's really a shame that it's come to this.

A little hidden in the shopping centre, perfect service and drinks too!

It's true that Centre Deux is a rather dreary and depressing place, full of big-box stores, fast fashion, and fast food. But it's while heading towards the parking lot that you stumble upon this little place, far from "fast," where you can eat well, calmly, and peacefully without worrying about your cholesterol or blood sugar spikes. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient, especially the young blonde woman with curly hair. I highly recommend it!

Following our telephone order today, the person didn't follow the instructions; the ingredients we requested were rotten, very bland, and lacking in dressing—a risk of food poisoning! Please contact the health department!

A good alternative for eating a balanced meal. The wraps are tasty and the prices are affordable.

As a regular at Paradisia, both in the city center and at Centre Deux, I've never received a discount on extra charges. Even when my drink isn't properly sealed and leaks into my bag, I haven't been offered one. But I still come back every week with my colleagues because the staff is mostly pleasant and the wraps and juices are good. However, today one of my colleagues dropped half of his wrap, and they wanted to charge us for remaking it. The interaction with the employee was extremely unpleasant. When I offered to at least put the ingredients in another wrap, they pointed out that the wrap itself costs extra… we're talking about 30 cents! In the end, the wrap was made very quickly and wasn't charged, but we clearly don't share the same customer service etiquette, judging by the staff's reaction…

I don't know if the cashier was having a bad day, but she seemed annoyed. If you're bitter, you should find another job. Politeness and a smile are the foundation of good service, even in a small juice bar. The sales assistant, on the other hand, was pleasant and offered helpful advice.
