Pizza Cosy

I love the pizzas from Pizza Cosy, as you can read in the review I posted two years ago below. Except that every time there's a problem (it can happen), they refuse to take responsibility... Once, the pizzas were burnt, even the delivery driver admitted it. When I called, they told me the delivery drivers weren't pizza chefs! Then again, I received a really bad pizza (the cream had gone bad, I think), and I never got anywhere with it. I decided to keep ordering from them because the pizzas are truly excellent. Among the best in Saint-Étienne. Today, I received two adult pizzas and two children's meals. Both children's meals were overcooked, and one was completely burnt, as you can see in my photo. I'd like to hear your opinions because maybe the problem is with me! As a reminder, the order was worth €45! Two large pizzas and two children's meals. One of the children's meals was acceptable, but the other was completely burnt. When I called to point this out—and I'm usually quite accommodating—I could have set the pizza aside and waited for the delivery driver to be nearby to discuss it. I live 750 meters from the restaurant, but they immediately told me no, the pizzas had been checked and that I was being picky. Considering the price of the pizzas, and the €3 extra for bacon and €3 for delivery, THEY SHOULD BE PERFECT. Oh, and I forgot, there were no olives in the "terroir" pizza (it would have been nice if they'd told me). Especially since I've already explained, and it's also mentioned in my first review, that my son only eats the crust because he's autistic. He set aside all the toppings (which I obviously ate to avoid waste). What would it have cost them to replace this pizza (see photo)? Especially since the chorizo ​​also had a very cooked crust, and the second children's meal was too... if I had seen it beforehand, I wouldn't have accepted the two children's meals. So now, I will always check the pizzas upon delivery. I wasn't asking for a free pizza, just an exchange, and I could have waited until the end of service to sort it out. The pizzas are generally excellent, the telephone service is very pleasant, but the customer service is nonexistent. Being very business-minded, I find it hard to understand. Below is my review from two years ago; I want to leave it visible because the pizzas are truly fantastic. I've never taken the time to leave a review before, but for several years now, I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Cosy d'Anatole France for home delivery. The pizzas are fantastic... the dough is perfect. The toppings are high quality... And what's more, there's a loyalty program that lets you get a free pizza from time to time. Delivery is fast, and the delivery drivers, especially the young woman, are always pleasant, as is the person who takes the orders... As you can tell, I recommend them 100%!
