Pizza dough that was half-raw after defrosting, half an hour's wait, and €12. Absolutely avoid this place.

I've ordered from Pizza Alif in Terrenoire several times via Uber Eats, and each time I haven't received the drinks I paid for. Today, once again, not only did I not receive the drinks, but the entire order was missing—chicken instead of kebab meat, and even the sauces were missing. It's nothing like their counterparts in Bellevue. I know it's a tough job, but they're still getting paid. In that case, everyone would do whatever they want.

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the order I placed yesterday. First, since none of the three extras were included in my order, the delivery arrived cold, which significantly affected the quality of the food. Furthermore, the basic pizza did not include the Gruyère sauce listed among the basic ingredients. Finally, the bowl that was supposed to contain rice was filled with fries, which was not what I ordered. I would like to mention that I have been a long-time customer of the Pizza Life in Andrézieux-Bouthéon, where I have never had any problems. However, this first order from the TerreNoire location was very disappointing.

😊 We ordered two pizzas and a kids' nugget meal, it was delicious, we really enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was missing fries, an oversight happens, but the delivery driver and the owner were fantastic, they went out of their way to bring me the fries. Thank you so much to them. I will gladly order from them again 🙂
