Pizzeria L’ Artiste Napolitain

This is simply the best pizza in town. I say that in all sincerity, as a chef myself. Here, you'll taste a real pizza, worthy of those in Naples. The dough used by the owner is, in my opinion, the best in the city, and probably unmatched, even in Lyon. I recommend this place without hesitation, at least once. After that, you won't want to go anywhere else.
