I ordered takeout over the phone. The chef told me 30 minutes. I arrived after 40 minutes, and it still wasn't ready. 20 minutes later, I asked if it would be ready soon, and the cook insulted me in Arabic, thinking I didn't understand... and given the cooks' hygiene, I'll make my own pizzas in the future.

First time at Pronto Pizza A pleasant surprise, especially since I only ever ate Pizza Hut! The staff is attentive and helpful. We were served in 16 minutes on a Tuesday at 8 pm. We opted for the Oriental and Mexican pizzas, which I highly recommend! We're taking off one star just for the cleanliness of the restrooms!

The pizza was absolutely delicious and the ingredients seemed fresh. However, the service was lacking. There was a delay and the welcome wasn't very professional. I hope they improve how they treat customers, because the quality of the food deserves better.
