What a treat! My husband is a meat lover and he really enjoyed the excellent and very generous steak tartare. I had a delicious hanger steak as well. The accompanying fries were golden and crispy without being greasy. An excellent place to eat. We will gladly return.

One of the best meat dishes I've ever eaten! And the side dishes are excellent too. The portions are a bit large, but you definitely feel full at the end!

I found the place far too noisy. The service is quick, perhaps even a little too quick if you order an aperitif. The food is good, but some of the charcuterie isn't homemade, which is a shame for this type of establishment.

We had barely sat down when a waitress arrived to take our order. I ordered an XXL rare steak, but it arrived cooked, overcooked, and tough to chew. For a butcher of supposed renown in Saint-Chamond, they could do better.

It was my first time, and a real success. My weakness is burgers, and these were a real treat; even the fries were excellent. A menu with plenty of choices. Pleasant place. An address to remember.

The website says they close at 3:30 PM, but they're no longer serving at 1 PM. We called four times before going there and no one answered. We made the trip for nothing.

We were disappointed today by the cold fries and the stale bread… it happens, and I was leaving without comment until the waitress's unpleasant response when we told her about our experience after she asked if everything was alright. To top it off, we received mismatched glasses for the same wine by the glass.

Excellent meat and very good dishes. A minor service flaw that deserves a ⭐️: without sauce, it's simply grilled meat, not with another, mediocre sauce on top. And the table in the entrance, while it allows for two more place settings, is rather uncomfortable.

We ate there today. The ribeye steak was simply incredible, both in taste and size! Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert. A wonderful discovery for me. I highly recommend it!
