McDonald's

Twenty minutes to be served when there was no one else there. The music was incredibly loud, and to top it off, it was from a nightclub. If the staff (or management) focused more on customer service than on the music, maybe things would go smoothly.

I strongly advise against going there; it's unacceptable. I ordered a veggie wrap and received a chicken wrap. Thank goodness I realized it before I even took a bite. I asked a waitress who was passing by my table to change my wrap and fix the problem, and she literally told me to get lost, saying it wasn't her fault. Just so you know, if you want to tell the difference between chicken and veggie in a wrap, the chicken is long, like tenders, while the veggie wrap is nuggets. Unacceptable, once again!

It's getting worse and worse. An hour's wait for three meals, and there weren't many people there, so the incompetence is undeniable, I've never seen anything like it. Then we wonder why several McDonald's are closing; it's not surprising at all. Fast food 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You really shouldn't be in a hurry. And not even a gesture of goodwill.

We went to McDonald's Steel around 8 pm one evening. The dining room and patio were almost empty. We waited 20 minutes for two small meals, the plush toy that comes with the Happy Meal wasn't there, and they got our order wrong! Appalling!

I ordered a milkshake for €4.40 only to be told the machine wasn't working and offered a simple pastry (a donut) that cost barely €3. Shameful of them! Why didn't they tell me sooner?

Catastrophic... 45-minute wait. Still no service. People arrive 20 minutes after us and are served. When we ask at the counter, they tell us the orders aren't coming in order... the waitress ignores us when we call her over. After 50 minutes: the Coke we ordered without ice was served with... no sauces... In short, a fast food place that takes almost an hour to serve.

Absolutely terrible! For a simple Big Max meal, there was a very long wait, and even then, I went to speak to them, and the girl serving me ignored me and walked away. She didn't even answer my question... So, unprofessional, unfriendly, and completely useless... Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

Items are always missing, and the sauces are a whole other story. We pay for things we don't receive! Ugh.

Thanks for giving me food poisoning; if you ever need to take sick leave, go to them.

I've never seen a McDonald's so slow. 30 minutes and still nothing. The excuse they give us is, "Sorry, there's only one cook, but that's your problem, not mine. You have managers, tell them one cook isn't enough for a McDonald's." It's unprofessional; they act like lost children. And the hygiene is nonexistent: the garbage is overflowing, the floor is sticky, and the toilets are pools of blood. It's worse than an abandoned house. Lack of professionalism.

They forgot to remove the bacon from my wrap, even though I specifically asked for it. The servers were unpleasant, constantly complaining and blowing on the food and drinks. They didn't provide straws for the Oasis Bubble Tea 😭. The food was mass-produced and heavy. There was no artisanal quality.

A 30-minute wait for two Happy Meals, plus the fries were cold. This is unacceptable.
