A McDonald's, but a low-end one at that.

I strongly advise against this establishment. Madame Lydia, a small, blonde woman, is extremely disrespectful to her customers. I also observed, through her behavior towards her employees, that she treats them very poorly, which is shocking. As for hygiene, it's no better. I received glasses that were very poorly washed, which is unacceptable. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning.

A very bad experience at the drive-thru. The blonde employee who served me was extremely rude and aggressive, with absolutely no politeness. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Her behavior was unacceptable and definitely doesn't make me want to return. A minimum of respect and professionalism towards customers would be appreciated.

Employees openly mocking another employee with a disability, making him do chores throughout his shift and laughing behind his back. I've been here four times and I've noticed this all four times. It's harassment, shame on them! Aside from that, the manager is very nice, so I won't hesitate to go see him next time.

I'm a regular customer at this establishment, and I've seen the same thing several times: staff members, and I assume managers, assign the most unpleasant tasks that no one else wants to do to vulnerable people (I assume disabled individuals), such as cleaning the parking lot, clearing tables, and taking out the trash. They then mock them behind their backs. They clearly harass them when they're seen from the outside, even though this person is very kind and pleasant with the customers!

The managers, 3 women are horrible, especially a small blonde woman about whom many customers complain, and even employees. She is a very unpleasant person who shows favoritism towards customers. Her name is Lydia and she is very unpleasant, and the toilets are not always very clean.

Very pleasant staff, less than five minutes waiting time, I recommend.

They're doing what they can, poor things, but it's always so slow... whether you're ordering click and collect or using the drive-thru. The cheddar fries (+€1.50!!) are a (bad) joke; the box is half empty... on every portion!!!... Half the time, something is missing from the order (for 4 people)... or there's a mistake (with the drink, ice cream, or sandwich). More and more disappointing...
